Our Final Term in Greenlanes

Sixth class will be spending their final few months here in Greenlanes NS and we’re hoping it will be very special for them. We will have a very busy term ahead and here are some important dates to add to your diaries.

21st May: Grandparents Coffee Morning.

The children have been working on their Grandparent project and must have it finished and submitted by 14th May. They have submission dates for each section from now until May so please keep an eye and lend a helping hand when needed. Grandparents will then be invited in to Greenlanes for a coffee morning on 21st May, this will take place during school hours. I will email with further details closer to the time.

27th June: Sixth Class Picnic in St. Annes Park

During their final week, the class will go on a picnic to St. Annes Park. They can bring a packed lunch with them and some money to buy a treat in Mace on their way to the park.

28th June: Graduation Ball

As tradition here in Greenlanes, the Graduation Ball will take place after school on Thursday 28th June. The times have yet to be confirmed but I will email with further details closer to the time.

29th June: Graduation Service

The children have been working on their individual profiles in preparation for the Graduation Service. Could I ask all parents to email in any photos you have of your child’s time here in Greenlanes. These will be used on our slideshow during the Graduation.
