A Mindful Classroom.

We have started doing mindfulness in our classroom. There are many benefits to mindfulness. It can support our overall well being, promote academic performances, reduce anxieties and strengthen our concentration. Mindfulness is a very new experience for some of us in the class! It gives us a chance to look after our mental health and relax for a few minutes during the school day. After listening to a CD and practicing mindfulness we completed a worksheet in which we drew a mindful body. Here are some images of our mindful classroom 🙂
