World Mental Health Day 2017

Today is World Mental Health Day. In 4th class we were leaning that our mental health matters. We talked about how we have lots of feelings and that we should talk to an adult we trust about them. We also discussed how we should be kind and friendly to others to help to look after their mental health.

Here are some ideas that we came up with to help us to look after our mental health

  • Eatling healthily
  • getting enough sleep
  • exercise (you could start with our Super Troopers active homework tonight!)
  • Talk about your feelings to family, teacher, doctor, friends
