PTA Meeting and Parent Information Talk Thursday 1st October

PTA/Fundraising Meeting and Parent Information Talk

Thursday 1st October

Dear Parents,

At 8pm, the first PTA/Fundraising meeting will take place in the school. The purpose of the meeting is to introduce new parents/members to outline the role of the PTA. Generally, out PTA meetings take place on the last Wednesday/Thursday of every month and all parents are welcome.  There will be reminders each month of the date and time attached with an agenda for the meeting. If you have any questions in the meantime, you can email me at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..

At 8:30pm, the Board of Management would like to invite all parents to a Parent Information Talk. At the talk, Eamonn McHugh (Hon. Treasurer) will present the school accounts. Reverend Lesley Robinson (Chairperson) will highlight different policies, all available to download on the website. In addition, as there will be a new Board of Management constituted soon, she will also highlight the election process of the two parent nominees and their role on the Board of Management. The talk will close with a brief Q&A session.

To help us to estimate numbers, we would be much obliged if you could register here to attend.

We look forward to seeing you there.

Kind Regards

Lesley Robinson (Chairperson BOM)

Kim Brady (Chairperson PTA/Fundraising Committee)
