Dan Traffic Safety Talk -  We have been working with the school on ways to improve traffic safety on Seafield Avenue. As a result, the school have organized for Dan to talk to the children about both traffic and pedestrian safety. Dan has asked us to pass on a request for parent support on stopping children going up the lane on bikes and scooters. This has caused a number of incidents over the years, and this can be avoided by ensuring children only walk in the lane way.
Cool Planet Talk for Parents - Thursday 6th June 7.30pm. Hugo Thompson, a parent in the school, is a Cool Planet Champion - these are local people who want to help you make a difference in the fight against climate change - they are passionate, they are knowledgeable & most importantly they are approachable! Hugo has offered to run a free, interactive presentation, at school, on climate change, what it means for Ireland & what it means for you. We hope that you can come and join us for this.
Friendship Stop - Well done to all the winners of both the friendship stop sign design, and additional friendship posters around the school! This great initiative was spearheaded by Ms Johnston and funded from proceeds of recent PA fundraising. A fantastic addition to the school!
